I have a situation where one of my core surname participants is elderly and
not doing well. He wants to authorize the continued use of his DNA by the
project as he is one of two folks we use as our foundation folks. I
contacted 3 testing companys and no one had anything on hand, but they did
have some suggestions, so I drew up a document and ran it by our attorney
within our family genealogy group.

If we have any attorneys on the list, would anyone take a look at this and
be sure it will hold up if needed. After we get something finalized, we can
post it at ISOGG or elsewhere for folks to use if they so desire for their
own projects.

Our attorney said she really didn't know about the international aspect of
this, so an eye in that direction would be helpful.
