After seeing your 25 marker upgrade at Ysearch, I'd say you are definately
of the I1*x cluster. It has already been proven NOT I1a, I1b, or I1c.

If Dr. Jim Wilson announces that new SNPs S23 and S24 are sufficiently
upstream to encompass both I1c and I1b, then I would recommend testing for
these SNPs --- S23 and S24. If S23 and S24 are found to only be associated
with I1c (which seems to be the more likely situation), then at the moment I
can not think of an SNP which is worth testing for with an I1*x haplotype.

I have heard no new reports on the S23/S24 placement issue or reports of
tests which might give a hint for awhile.
