Bob,

Since you insist on keeping this going..

Yes, I have discussed posts from this list with FTDNA.

In the last 15 months I have written Julie 28 times. All these were related
to donations in the Davenport DNA fund at FTDNA, mailing kits to Australia,
special mailings of kits, and the like. I believe I have a right not to be
questioned about the integrity of these private emails by you. I wrote nothing
to her regarding a post on this list.

During that time I sent Max 18 emails. On Oct 29, 2004 I contacted him after
someone posted about FTDNA's matching gift program. I asked Max about a
clarification. I confess this was a direct result of a post on this list. Then
again on Dec 1, 2004 I wrote another post related email. I read of the
announcement of establishing surname forums. I contacted Max to create one for me. If
something similar comes up, I do not intend to eliminate these options
because you don't like it.

That's all. Good bye.

However, have you ever discussed any post on this list with any employee of
FTDNA? We know one attack dog has discussed posts on the list with an
employee
at FTDNA.
