The gentleman was offended and told me he is leaving this list for a
period of time as he felt that difference of opinions should be discussed in a
better fashion and I probably failed at that one myself also. I certainly
agree that differences of opinion are fine and constructive when handled well but
that folks should be careful how they write messages on the list and I will
try to do better myself. I don't want to stop and I can not squash anyone's
right to show opposing views but I like the messages that do that with nice
tone and respect for fellow researchers. I need to practice that myself better.
