There is definately a surname-heterogeneous cluster of Atlantic R1b
haplotypes with the combination 13,13,15,17 at DYS464 plus 8,9 at DYS459.
They seem heavily from Ireland and also Scotland to slightly lesser degree.
It is definately more than a single family motif.
