That's the only thing you can do (ditto at Ysearch). You have 17 complete
repeats of a 4-base repeat, plus one more base. You could put a note in the
record that extended testing revealed a "microvariant allele" -- the term I
sometimes see for partial repeats. Most labs do not report the microvariants, but
they could prove very distinctive when comparing results, since they are rather
rare.
This paper about DYS464 tested 679 men and only found 4 cases of a
microvariant (that would be out of ~2700 alleles).
