Huh! The right click doesn't work for me, but I have an older version of
Adobe. You might be able to configure what shows up in the Tool Bar. On the Menu
bar, see if you see Tool Bar listed under "Window" or "View", then check the
items you want to see on the Tool Bar. F8 toggles the Tool Bar on and off.
