Sorenson, Relative Genetics and DNAHeritage all do - of course they
use the same processing lab. Rare, yes. But they do happen and they
can be quite helpful when they do. We have 9 in an extended family
of 16 (7 have not been tested on DYS464 yet). This has made it quite
clear this variant has been present since at least the early 1600s.
