I agree there is nothing at SMGF matching your posted FTDNA results.
There are several possibilities to consider. (1) Maybe the sample you
submitted to SMGF was damaged or spoiled or lost in transit. (2) Maybe
something went wrong in testing your batch of samples, and the results
were discarded as unreliable. (3) Maybe the results are there, but wrong.
(4) Maybe the FTDNA results are wrong.
I would suggest that you do a search by surname at SMGF, being sure to
check the boxes to allow incomplete data and insist on exact surname
match, and then look at all 21 pedigrees that come up. If you find
one that looks like yours, that would indicate reason 3 or 4. If not,
that would indicate reason 1 or 2.
