Then why is I have a better idea where my K maternal line came from than
where my R1b1c* line came from - the latter after taking four SNP tests?
Take a look at the map on our K website, where we are in the process of
sinking Ireland and Belarus. But the K's in Ireland and Belarus have easily
differentiated varieties of K.
The wives may have moved, but not to the extend that mtDNA location would be
affected anymore than for Y-DNA. IMHO.
