Hi Ian,

I've looked at these two HVR2 sequences carefully, and I come up with these
two mutation lists. In AF142095, I've noticed that you omit in your list
the nucleotides "CAT" deletions at 343-, 344- and 345-. Are not deletions
important in studying mutations?

AF282972:
A073G,T146C,C150T,T152C,A189G,A200G,A243G,T245C,G247A,C262T,A263G,304.T,C338T
AF142095:
A073G,T146C,C150T,T152C,A189G,A243G,T245C,G247A,C262T,A263G,307.1T,307.2T,307.3T,343-,344-,345-,T391C
