If you make a request to FTDNA they will post the results you do not yet
see...at least they have done so for me in the past. Usually they do not
post one set with out the other piece of the upgrade. Sue

Subject: RE: [DNA] 67-marker reduction? -- software glitch

I think what we've got here is a software issue...

I have a member who has upgraded from 12 markers (returned some time
ago) to 37
markers. His 13-25 and 26-37 upgrades are in Batch 157, with results
scheduled
to return on 8/2 and 8/9, respectively.

If I look at my project's "Received lab results" page, it tells me
results from
this member's 26-37 panel were returned 7/8. If I go to the member
page, only
results 1-12 are showing. If I go to my "Unreceived lab results page,"
only
markers 13-25 are shown pending. On the member's own page, only 13-25
are shown
pending.

It's looking like a software problem, and they may be working on it (or
something else) because some attempts to reach my GAP produce only error
messages. Just my guess, of course...
