Hi Belinda, If the 29 for dys447 is correct, then your cousin won't find many close matches, at least on that one. The modal value in R1b for dys 447 is actually 25, and the highest reported value is 27, at least among the 1376 cases Whit Athey used in his SWAMH analysis of this marker.
