Rhoda,

What are your H test results? The paper that FTDNA tried to send you
just says that H is more diverse than its HVR1/HVR2 results make it
look. Sadly most papers do not do the testing required to yield useful
demographic information about H. With time I expect that to change.
But we in Genetic Genealogy might get there first.:-/
