Does it mean anything that there are no R1b with 14/25 for 393/390 in the French Project? I have an Englishman with 14/25/14 which is close to one of the Irish modals..14/25/13, but no cigar. There are some very few in Scotland with 14/25/14. And a few in England, but I notice no 14 at 393 in the French Project. Could anyone knowledgeable about R1b tell me if that is significant.
