Your brother is 25 at 390. You (you mean your father) is 23 at 390. Did
you and your brother have different fathers?

23 at 390 is often (but not always, as it could simply be an old mutation
from 24, for example) S21+ and indicative of continental origins and perhaps
brought to the British Isles by AngloSaxon or Scandinavian immigrants
centuries ago.
