Subject: [DNA] Which mtDNA test for insight into ethnic origins?

A quick question. My sister wants to have her mtDNA
tested. She is mainly interested to know about
non-European portions of our descent. Can anyone advise as
to which of the confusing variety of mtDNA tests would give
the best idea as to this? Preferably not too expensive!
