Julia,

If Windows had to be reloaded on your computer, the options installed depends on the preferences of the installer. You can try doing the following to get your accessories back, but you may need your XP CD.

Start
Set Program Access and Defaults
Add/Remove Windows Components
Click on the Accessories and Utilities box. Click on the Details button to make sure all items are checked.
Click Next
