Thanks Ron, but it appears that those R1b1c4 haplotypes in Ysearch were
probably labeled in error. According to FTDNA, only one SNP-tested R1b1c4
has come out of their deep clade testing. He is a member of the New Mexico
DNA project and his haplotype can be seen in the table on this page:

This is indeed the one I saw a few days ago whose location I could not
remember.
As an aside, FTDNA told me they have found 107 R1b1c7 haplotypes and 22
R1b1c6 haplotypes. They also found one R1b1b (Yes! Rare!) who was added to
John McEwan's SNP table over the weekend. The other R1b1c subclades have
apparently not yet been seen.
I don't know how many deep-clade R1b tests they have run.
