It would help to see these values in context. Did your grandfather's
cousin upload his results to Ysearch? If so, it would help immensely to
know a surname and record number.
If he is not in Ysearch, is there some other public data base (like the
public FTDNA page for individual surname projects) where his haplotype can
be reviewed?
As a last resort, please consider posting the complete results to this list.
