That has been my experience in the various genetic genealogy discussion
forums, as well. I have run into a number of men with Irish ancestry who are
E3b. I realize that's anecdotal, but if E3b were really "entirely absent"
from Ireland, then how did these men with y-line Irish ancestors get to be
E3b?
