What does the paragraph mean ?

Are you talking about having your complete mtDNA sequence done
($345 seems to the going price), or are you talking about something
else.

The other mutations in mtDNA are in the 'coding areas' and
the term 'autosomal' would be inappropriate.

And, if two persons are related, as you are considering, then their
complete sequence of the mtDNA can be expected to be identical.

Are you saying you expect an 'Apache' background ? If so,
having complete sequences would be very useful for others to match
against.
