Unless we have oddball different versions of the book designed for the
North American market, "Saxons, Vikings, and Celts" there is no chapter on
Americans only a "Preface" to the American edition which would not be found
in "The Blood of the Isles" which is the version of the book sold in the UK.
The same matter arose a couple of years ago with the publishing of
Oppenheimer's book, "The Real Eve" which was titled "Out of Eden" if sold in
the UK. This is a very confusing practice and makes it seem that there are
two books when there is only one.
