The question was what word had *replaced* "Indo-Aryan", not what the
Britannica thinks it means now, if anything. I think it is safe to
say that no one uses it anymore in any technical sense, since the "Aryan"
piece of it is deprecated nowadays, but in any case, the term was formerly
used with several different meanings.
