Thanks to all who replied :)

Nelda replied, and said something that made me check that darn box for "exact match" WHICH gave me the option to do soundex searches :) I thought without checking that box I was doing soundex searches :/ and what do you know the EXACT spelling I was looking for "is" number 10 on the list ... go figure :)

obviously they have changed something again :( as last weekend I didn't have any problems and did not have to check that box, the drop down window was already visible, unlike tonight :/
