Ancestry has instituted a 'new improved' search system that is the pits. I had the old system working well and could make it do alot of tricks. This one is such a pain in the neck that I've cursed it out hundreds of times. No matter what one enters, it either gives you nothing or everything. You get to choose "All, 2 points, 3, points, 4, 5. It either gives you "all" or nothing normally. By "all" I mean in or useful order, hundreds. If they worked evenings or weekends or holidays I'd be able to contact them but have not been able so far. I'm sure glad someone else has expressed the problem; I thought it was me.
