All, it's not possible to fall into D4b without having at least 6
coding region mutations. There is another candidate lineage in SE Asia
which matches your type in the HVS portion, we know only the states of
its 10400 and 10873 sites that place it into M. I find any further
online consultations to be useless, until you correspond with all
authors who published:

1) either complete M sequences that possess some of your private
mutations,

2) or the HVSes that match your variant exactly.

Ian pointed to the 3 Indian complete sequences supposedly belonging to
M33 haplogroup (while your lab (FTDNA) sticks at 2361st site). In my
first post you may find references to close HVS types in SE Asia.
