Not quite. The rare J1 SNPs (M365, M367, M368, M369, and M390) have failed
on DeepSNP-J orders back as far as June 2006--but only for known or apparent
J1 members. The J1 SNPs apparently produce a correct negative result for J2
members. (The DeepSNP-J test always tests both J1 and J2 subclades.)
