Admins still need to browse all the companies to see if there are surname
subjects (people) at the other companies. It is hard to recruite to any
specific project any where.. It takes hard work and viligence. Your project
if you are really interested in helping the participants must be open to
compare all companies test results, and co-work with members and even
admins... A surname project is more like a one name genealogy study then a
single family lineage.
Of course this is just my humble opinion again
