I just had a thought, if we want more DNA members in Surname lists, like I
certinly do,
why not do like the Banks and Credit card companies, and insert a clear
statment that
the lists will be available to public view unless one requests that they not
be used for
public exposure, hit the NO button, (HERE)(blue)
Actually the banke etc, don't do it openly like this, they put it in a
seperate pamphlet
in legalese and the smallest font they can find.

You know in my opinion the best way to handle this is for each company to
include a statement in the "Welcome to the company" letters most companies
have that states that there is a surname project for your surname... click
here if you would like to join it..
That gives the person ordering the test, full control of their results but
makes the customer aware that there is a surname project.
It is simple and does not force anyone into anything.. it also helps each
surname project recruit members..
