After playing with this site a bit I recommend typing in only a surname.

It will give you a soundex listing of all names that match the selected
surname.

If you select just the surname again when it appears in the list. You
will get a huge list of records revealed. Many of which are for many
things other than death records. These don't have digital images
attached but there is still a lot of interesting information there.

There are even incorporation records for companies.
