I've been downloading the excel file from the Group Administrator Page.
Did Aaron give you a link to that? When one generates the table, there
is a link to DOWNLOAD TO EXCEL. It took a minute or two to download, I
think.

The FTDNA website was very slow, a couple hours ago. That may have been
your problem.

I tried the 'right-click on the corner' in Foxfire. No download option.
I did get the download option, when I tried in Internet Explorer. But
when tried downloading it, I only got the marker headings, no data. I
must have IE set up wrong.
