413 is not exactly a slow marker. Averaging the two copies i get .0055 as
mutation rate. That's 1/180 which I consider fast. But I'll check with
Chandler's paper to see if it agrees with this list I have but can't see
where they came from. Something does not seem right, although I by direct
experience never thought of 413 as slow.
