I'm all for clarification, but at the moment they ARE using two
different standards: reporting one value to customers and asking
customers to use a different (lower) value in ySearch.
There are good reasons (e.g. simplicity) for them to move to one
standard but also good reasons (e.g. continuity) to maintain two.
For the moment, the pragmatic approach for us seems to be to follow
their lead on the use of two standards. Any other approach makes
ysearch much less useful.
