From this I think that the natural state for Q is 10c-125-13c-15c and
the mutation rate is surely very slow as 8984 is a Q3. I am also going
to guess that the same two arms were involved in your 10c to 12t copy
over as cluster 3 and 4s 12t to 10c copy over. Does anyone else have
thoughts on this?
