List,

I've added a spreadsheet (http://tinyurl.com/yyzgaa) of the currently indexed FTDNA submissions to GenBank, with dates submitted/published, links to GenBank for each accession number, and a sparse amount of mutation lists, FASTA sequences, etc. I will add more information as time permits.

I've decided to employ GEN-SNiP to determine the mutations, which may be slightly different from that of FTDNA, Ian Logan, etc. Since GEN-SNiP occasionally generates an "improved" mutation list with a missing mutation or two compared to the initial run, I've chosen to go with the initial run.

No names, Mitosearch IDs, or personal information are provided in the spreadsheet, although, if wanted by general consent, I'll include them later.

Any comments or suggestions are welcome.
