STRUCTURE is, at the risk of oversimplifying, a clustering tool. It
requires a large number of haplotypes as inputs, and contains no
population data.
If you had a database of population types, you could run your own
sample with those to find a genetic affinity. This is essentially
the service that DNA Tribes provides.
