Just a recommendation to have "Lenght of Burning" = 100 000 and "Number of MCM .. " = 100 000.

The settings I use are mostly default. Except I am modifying the parameter set.
1. Run lenght: "Length of Burning" = 1000, "Number of MCM ..." = 1
2. Ancestry model "Use Population Information = x"
3. Allele Freq model "Allele Freq Independent = x"
The rest is default settings.
