"Here is the latest set of y-comparsion tables on this apparent cluster:

On the geographic side of things, those in the cluster who list an ancestral
place of origin outside of North America are as follows:

Black (4Q9Z8) - Scotland
Waddell (67KJ9) - Scotland
Self (54XP8) - Melksham, Wiltshire, England
Poole (FXSWD) - England
Beal (MAQ47) - Herefordshire, England
Oakley (P295E) - Shropshire, England
Price (YF3FG) - Wales

...."

Two of these haplotypes (MAQ47, 4Q9Z8) belong to the R1b-F4 cluster
(otherwise called R1bSTR24x) identified over a year ago by Ken Nordvedt and
others (R1b-F4 ysearch code: EX9ZC).

Perhaps the most distinctive feature of this cluster is the value of 21 at
YCA-IIa which is very rare amongst R1bs.

I suggest that these two haplotypes (and others from R1b-F4) would not be
part of your suggested new cluster.
