I haven't seen the paper yet. If one of you could send it to me, that
would be much appreciated.

Are you saying that they SNP'd them and found one lineage to be J1, one
to be J2-M172+ with no further downstream SNPs, and one J2-M67+?

When you say that Z is the J1, was that revealed by the authors, or is
that your estimate?

Once I hear from you, I'd be interested to try to see where these fit
into my data.
