I recently queried FTDNA about the slow results ... Batch 186 ordered
01/02/2007. The revised expected date is now 04/06/2007 ... now 3 weeks
past that date. Over 4 months from ordering.

I received the following in response:-

Your sample didn't produce a clear result the first time it was tested but
we do not believe it was a problem with the sample quality. Thomas will try
to run the test again this week; if not it will be run early next week. If
that does not work we will order more DNA to be shipped here from the lab at
Arizona to try again.

Looks like they are having some problems at Houston.
