In addition to TCC, the CTT arrangement is not apparently common in R1b either, at least not in Ymatch. I had earlier questioned about this, having noticed a couple CT patterns that generally, if not always, accompany the other deletions at DYF408, 397, etc. The TCT motif appears, rather, as the norm for R1b.

I'm wondering if Thomas, Gareth, or anyone might explain to me the significance of the CTT conformation.
