Too few K2 men have upgraded to 67 markers, but at 37 markers the largest GD
seems to be between VVAAB of Moldova and NCNTW of Puerto Rico, who are 46
apart. Another notable outlier is CWS8F of Myanmar (the country formerly
known as Burma).
