We just received tests on a second R1b1b from the same cluster as
the first one.
In this case, the DYF399X result is 17t-24c-24.1t
Thus, I think we can conclude that the result from the first was, as
Thomas predicted, the result of a P1 RecLOH in which the c-type
allele replaced the shortest t-type allele.
