It is quite certain that there are no known living male
line descendants of Charlemagne, the last known one being
Heribert IV, Comte de Vermandois, d. 1080. There of course
may be male line descendants of unrecorded bastards. There
are also at least 100 million mixed line descendants of
Charlemagne, including virtually everybody in Brazil
except a teensy number of pure Indians.
