I guess DYS19 a.k.a. DYS394 participates in a mutation which doubles the
repeat segment of DYS19 often enough that they deemed it worthwhile to have
an extra entry in their table for when this happens and the two repeat
segments have diverged from each other. That suggests to me there are a
good number of people out there with two copies of DYS19 but of the same
repeat number. That would still separate them from those having just a
single copy of DYs19, but we would not know.
