One has to be careful in the use of this term. There are
different types of megaliths and I don't think anyone is
suggesting that one people or genetic group is responsible
for the spread of all of them. This would be akin to
someone talking about the pottery people or builders.
I think it more appropriate to discuss the type of megalith
(ie. dolmens versus henges) in terms of migrations or spread
of a culture.
