Leo,
This is great! Thanks. I noticed that for haplogroup Q, 21 is not listed for DYS385b. Also, the modal value for DYS452 of 11 seems way off. I have 31 repeats at that marker so I doubt I am that far off. Also, even though I selected 30 for DYS389-II, it used 29. Likewise, it used 50 for DYS452 even though I selected 31.
Again, thanks for the great tool.
Regards,
Larry

Subject: [DNA] alternate SMGF search engine
I've developed an alternate search engine for the SMGF database to aid in determining individual haplotypes through an iterative process.
See http://freepages.genealogy.rootsweb.com/~geneticgenealogy/SMGF/search4.htm
I've limited the input parameters to the ones that are most used.
I'm not sure I have optimal modal values for the haplogroups in the drop-down menu; any suggestions for changes would be appreciated.
I've tried to get the bugs out of the program, but haven't tested all cases. Please let me know if I've missed some.
