Of all people, I wouldn't think you would want to introduce the
question of personal credibility into this debate.

Even leaving aside the fact that reliance on credentials would weaken
your case instead of strengthening it, the wizened folks on this list
are mature enough to remember that it should be the merits of Ellen's
arguments and not her resume (which is strong, by the way) that matter.
