Forget about cluster definition for the moment. Just explain, after the
fact, why a haplotype is in the cluster or not?
If you can't explain the method (software rules) of forming the cluster in
detail nor explain what holds the purported members of the resulting
"cluster" together upon examination of the "cluster" after its generated,
about the only use I can see for the "cluster" is for making tee shirts with
logos --- "I'm from Fluxus Cluster XYZ"
Actually, I'm not asking anyone to explain what makes the cluster a cluster.
If the haplotypes can be put into a file and shared I'd be happly to do the
work and report back to the list.
